RRB JE Exam 2019 CBT-I

Railway Recruitment Board has announced centralised employment notice for the Railway Recruitment of 13,487 Junior Engineer posts for Junior Engineer (Information Technology) [JE (IT)] on 29thDecember 2018. These vacancies are available under different departments of various Zones of Indian Railways.

Candidates with 3 years diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology are eligible to apply for Railway JE exam.  Students should fall within the age limit of 18 to 33 years. There is age-relaxation for Reserved Category candidates. Those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria of Railway JE Exam can apply by visiting the official website of Railway Recruitment Board.

Important: As per the official notification from RRB, “Those awaiting results of the final exams of the prescribed educational/technical qualification SHOULD NOT apply for Railway JE Exam.”

Railway Recruitment Exam for JE post is a Computer Based Test [CBT], which will be conducted in two stages – CBT 1 and CBT 2. The RRB Junior Engineer Exam Dates are released with its official notification issued by the railway recruitment board.

The CBT 1 exam of RRB JE 2019 is started from 22 May 2019. CBT 2 RRB JE exam date will be announced by Railway Board on the RRB official websites shortly.
